I have been trying to setup Active Copy on one PC without success.  I have remote access turned on for several folders.  When I go to Account Settings / Backup, I see "You have no folders configured for Active Copy" and below that a button to "Set up Active Copy on a new folder".  When I click on this button, I get the window to select the source drive, but no drives are visible.  All I can do is click Cancel.  I have tried uninstalling the software, rebooting and re-installing, but there is no change in the result.

The PC is running Win7 x64.  I am using IE9.  Pogoplug desktop software is V3.1.0. I am logged into my pogoplug account and can see the pogoplug drive from Windows Explorer.

I have had many problems with active copy. Best way is to contact support and see if there is anything they can do on their end. They have given me updated software before and have helped in other ways as well.

Has anyone found fix for this?

Also note that they keep switching the name of this feature. "active copy" at one point then "sync" and now "backup". It is clear that they don't even know how this thing iis suppose to work.

I have not found a solution. I contacted tech support, but they were no help. They told me that I cannot use the PogoPlug software if I do not have a PogoPlug device that is linked to that account. They also said you cannot share files with someone else. When I told them that that was not true, it was suggested that I must have been using an old version of the software when it worked before, but they had removed this feature. There "answers" were wrong on so many different levels. That was when I gave up on a solution from them.
