Dear Pogoplug's Team,

I had put a ticket about this before but I had closed becuase it's an unsolve issue. I forgot to ask one question and hopefully you can answer and maybe this was the issue.

I purchased Pogoplug (POGO-P21) from Bestbuy retail store in mid June 2011 and it's working great with Seagate Theater+ with the seagte's latest firmware installed. I was able to watch avi, flv, iso, mp4, etc throught pogoplug for the first few months, then after that everything stop working beside jpeg.

My question is did Pogoplug auto update to the latest firmware that causes Seagate Theater+ not readable beside jpeg? If that's the case, is there anyway I can disable Pogoplug auto update because I just purchase another WDTV Live Plus HD and so far it's working with Pogoplug and do not want auto update on Pogoplug in case it causes the same problem as Seagate Theater+.  I invested so much money in this and do not want to happened as Seagate Theater+ where I cannot watch after a few month of having it.
