I see there is a 

listDevices

command. So is there an ejectDevice command?

There is an ejectService. Use Firefox's "FireBug" addon to watch network for "XHR", go eject something using the webUI and you'll see it.

The only limit to the Pogoplug is your imagination... and C skills... and linux skills. ^_^ h\t\tp://download.pogoplug.com/opensource/pogoplug-gcc.tar.bz2
