Hi Bravespear--I'd send an email to Pogoplug support so they can reset your account. I'm sure this can get fixed quickly!

When I try to log in the system doesn't recognise my credentials and when I ask to retrieve my password it doesn't send an email to my email address.
Obviously I'm very frustrated as pogoplug for me hasn't really worked since I purchased the system early this year.
