It is not bad enough I paid $100 for the device when I could have gotten it for $30, been a good customer since I have gotten it even though we have never been able to get it to work with any of our ios devices (part of the reason for getting this system) or our Canon WiFi Printer, but I can't even get the Premium Software deal for $10.

It looks like Pogo Plug uses the Banking System or Cable Company's  Business plan, sell them, get their money and then forget about them-thank you Pogo Plug.

You tried to buy the software for $10.00 and not the Pogoplug itself? I don't think that is how it works.  You need to buy the Pogoplug and then you can get the software for $10.00.
