when you log into my.pogoplug.com, you should see a pane on the left side of the browser listing the drives attached to your unit. double clicking on them should expand the file directory.

you can also install the desktop client software which will map a drive for you accessible via Windows Explorer.

what drives do you have attached to your unit? is this a physical pogoplug unit or the desktop software installed on your PC?

at the website, can you go to the settings menu item in the upper right corner and see if your pogoplug is registered?
