Today i got my pogoplub biz delivered by TNT post.
Also i have payd for a biz version (white and black) it seems to be a "pro" version on the stikker on the botom.
i have found the sticker and it look to be peald of (from the left corner)
and this is fresh out the box !
any way not started up to laat now but its looks not realy "profesional" a biz product with a peald off / on label.

I would recommend you contact support @pogoplug.com and have them work with you to sort it out.
They can check, using your Pogoplug info, and make sure that it is set up correctly.

I request a refund by the reseller in the netherlands only the give a refund within 14 days after order (order date -3 to 4 days for delivery = 10 days :-(
2e step i contacted cloud engines
Explain that i dont find this is a biz product for many reseons (no local user list, no logging no http/https interface on the device itself.
Send mails form a "share" are not from your own domain (biz product) and most of these e-mail come to the spam folder of the person
I recieved a RMA and send the device incl original box in perfect condition to cloud engines in the USA
It took a Week and 30euro's (www.bpost.be) to get it there
and a few days later i got my money on my paypal account !
Nice and correct handeling of the guy's of cloud engines ! It need to say

I had the same thing happen to me: the box stated Biz, the device stated Pro.
I contacted Pogoplug support with the discrepancy and the missing Biz features under My Pogoplug, they asked for pictures of the sticker on the device, I also provided pictures of the sticker on the box and the box itself, they asked for a proof of purchase and after I provided the requested information the issue was fixed within 5 minutes! It seemed that a batch of Pogoplug Biz devices shipped without the correct firmware.
I've been an IT professional for over 10 years now but I've never had any issue I recorded somewhere fixed so incredibly fast! I can recommend Pogoplug's customer service to anyone.

I have the same problem, the box says it's a pogoplug biz. But the stikker and software says it's a pro. I do have the biz funcitions when I go to my.pogoplug.com.
Is this a pro of biz?
witch color is your device ?
black and white ? = Biz
Black and pink = pro
Ping = regular
only with the biz you should have the option to add a custom domain instead of my.pogoplug.com

I Also have purchased a Pogoplug pro from 1dayfly. I got a BIZ instead (Black and mostly white).
But I can't see the BIZ features, it says in the Web interface that it is a PRO.

I also orderd it by 1dayfly and today i had contact with them about the firmware.
They will call back about the options.
The support team at Pogoplug wants the invoice due to deliver problem at 1dayfly they give us aBiz instead of a pro but the invoice says i bought a pro and not a Biz.
So the invoice is useless.
I hope they can help us.
The problem is solved , the Pogoplug team Updated the firmware.
So its working fine.
I ordered two from 1DayFly and the second one is also fixed to Biz as of yesterday.
Excellent service from CloudEngines! Their support is great.
They have also updated my Pogoplug. Great service.

What is the correct version of the firmware for the BIZ device at this time? I show 2.5.7 which is now a year plus old?
