Joe, apparently you are running Windows 7 and have an issue with the Pogoplug program not a Pogoplug device.
I moved your post to the proper forum for Software. If this is incorrect please let me know.
I wish I could help you with your issues but I don't know why the software would cause you an issue with Chrome.
It might be best if you submit a request at http://support.pogoplug.com/home so they can work with you directly with your issues.
Not only that, but a few days after purchase, it managed to kill my use of Chrome by making start up last longer, and longer, and ultimately never; which led to a total restore, which wiped out all my old data. When I tried, today, to re-install your program, it gets stuck at starting the Microsoft .NET framework v4.0.30319 and will not allow me to either close cancell, close, or try the install again. How to I totally exorcise your software nightmare and get my money back!
