You need to allow them to upload files. When you enter their email address, a drop down arrow will appear. Click on this arrow and select "Full Access".

Hello All,
I just received my second pogoplug Pro. I am able to share files with "Regular" people who do not have a pogoplug however here is my issue
1. I created a folder for a users and shared it with their email address. The folder was left empty intentionally.
2. How can they upload files to this Empty directory. I am told there is no option for them to upload and that a msg says "Folder is empty"
I assumed that files shared with me would have fallen into the category. The user did create an account from the link that I sent them.
Please advise.

Thanks! I will give that a try. I did not notice the drop down but I will check now.

That did work. I would have never seen that small arrow. ID like a feature where share options like that are put under the Share options at the bottom.

Where is the small arrow? I couldn't find it nowhere...
the my.pogoplug.com is running the following version
UI Version: 3.1.1
Service Version: 3.1.2.
is this feature was removed??

If you up your mouse over any folder or file on the pogoplug web interface a black arrow on the left hand side of the file/folder appears.

Yes, I saw the downward arrow. But I couldn't find the "Full Access" option.
What I have is following:
"View Folder"
"Download"
"Copy"
"Move"
"Rename"
"Delete"
"Edit Share"
"Stop Sharing this"

When you invite the user for the first time there is that same black down arrow on the invite screen with options to give full access.

Yes, I saw it now.
I was looking around on the folder screen. I didn't know it's actually on the email address screen.

a new question.
I've granted the Full Access to my 2nd email address, but I don't see big difference on the visitor's page. I've tried refresh, resent invitation email, still only Preview and Download options available, and no upload option for it... Did I miss something?
