Hi all,

I have a folder on my PC with 5 sub folders, each of them in turn has a number of sub folders. I set up the root directory to synch to my external HD attached to my pogoplug. Using the web interface it shows the root and 2 of the sub folders (they also have their sub folder structure intact) but i'm missing  the other 3 folders that should be there.

The folders in question hold all the data for my college thesis and backing this up was the main reason i bought the pogo plug. Any idea what the hell is going on?

I've removed the active copy and restarted from scratch but the same 3 folders are missing again.
