I'm still trying to get this working the first time. When in Active Copy and I click on "Set up Active Copy on a new folder", the return screen shows files on my computer's internal hard drive but not on my usb connected external hard drives which is the location of the files I want copied to my PogoPlug harddrive. This has all been pretty frustrating and having to rely on a bulletin board for product support makes no friend of me.

I have similar problem. I have two USB HDDs attached to pink Pogoplug. They worked fine untill I found Pogoplug no longer recognized them at all. Restarting Pogoplug with one drive ot two drives attached did not work. I even tried restart Pogoplug without drive and attach a drive later, still it did not work.

Then I attached USB Flash memory as third drive, to front USB connector in may case. then all three drives are recognized.

Some say Pogoplug is picky about HDD, but I simply say it is a bug, a BIG bug. These days no PCs and devices have problem to recognize ordinary USB storage except this Pogoplug. Pogoplug is a product with an excellent idea and poor engineering.

It happened again.

I can not stand the situation anymore. I paid a hundred bucks for it and it does not function as it claims. I already spent more than enough time and efforts to improve the situation, but not anymore.

I switched off Pogoplug and am going to set up my own VPN. That will do what I am expecting to Pogoplug and VPN is established and much more stable technology.
