I have the pogoplug software installed on three PCs. All running Win7. I leave my them on, one is a media center the other is our main pcs. I turn off the file sharing so the icon is black. It continually stops working and I constantly have to log back into the software as if I just installed it. I've had my pogoplug for about a year. Ever since the new version of the pogoplug app has come out I have had nothing but issues. It really sucks, thinking about throwing my pogoplug out the window.

It shouldn't do this.

You may want to contact support team at support@pogoplug.com

Every so often I need to do the same thing. It logs me off and forgets my user info so I have to log in as if I just installed the software. It then sometimes duplicates the shares I set up with one giving an error and the other being valid. I always disable sharing on the computer but want the pogoplug pro to be available.

I have to log into the software every couple days, and having three computers connected this is really annoying. I can't be the only one with this issue. It happens on three separate computers. All windows 7. I'm about ready to give up. I just want the pogo plug drive to always be there. Its never there when I need it. I have reinstalled the app, with no luck. would it help to reboot my pogoplug? please help.
