Well, yes and no. Yes, the new software will "see" your PP device, just like the old (and missed) PDrive utility, but the new software really is designed to eliminate the PP hardware and turns your PC (Windows XP, Vista, W7 or Apple OSX) into a Pogoplug device.

The hope is that they will "unbundle" the PDrive utility for those of us that prefer a dedicated PP device. So far, no move in that direction.
