This is kind of hacky, but you could find another webmail service that doesn't require verification of forwards, and add that email address to your pogo account. Then setup your gmail forwarder to forward to that address, then have that account forward off to upload@mypogoplug.com.
Kind of roundabout, but it may work.

Hi everyone,
Just downloaded the Pogoplug software on my PC and am trying it out. Looks very promising!
But I am having some trouble doing something that would be quite useful to me, if I can get it to work. I want to set up a filter on my Gmail account to automatically forward messages received from my online fax service (TrustFax) to upload@mypogoplug.com. Would be great to have those documents automatically saved to my computer! But to set up a forwarding address in Gmail, Gmail requires that I get a verification code from a test e-mail it sends to the target address. And I can't figure out any way to pick up the verification e-mail sent to upload@mypogoplug.com.
Does anyone have any ideas on how I could get this? Does Pogoplug support check this forum?
Thanks!
