Does anyone have the tun.ko module for the 2.6.31.6_SMP_820 kernel on the Pink V2 pogoplug?

So I managed to make the propper kernel and now my tun.ko runs into following error:
insmod: error inserting '/lib/modules/2.6.31.6_SMP_820/kernel/drivers/net/tun.ko': -1 Device or resource busy

/dev/net/tun is present and does have the proper rights.

Any ideas?

Found the badboy.
hbplug process is allready using the /dev/net/tun device...
