Hello! Any and all assitance would be appreciated.  Love Pogoplug- think it's awesome.  Had been having great success with it until now.

I finally got around to upgrading the new Mac OS X Desktop Client - and then the trouble began!

- I was not thrilled that when I re-registered it wanted me to buy a premium version considering I was already a paid customer when I bought the device...but I'll get over that eventually

- After upgrading things seemed to work fine until I noticed that my software was now showing TWO pogoplug devices- one with the new 3.0.1 software and another with a 2.6.X version -- I assumed this was my old software somehow still showing up

- My two active drives were both showing up attached to the 2.6.X device though both were showing as registered

- I unregistered my 2.6.x device, powered down my Pogoplug, reboot my mac, restarted the Pogoplug and then re-attached my drives

- The device won't show my drives!  Nothing- I've re-re-attached them, I've rebooted the Pogoplug, I've ensured that the sharing is turned on (though I can't add any folders because there's no drives attached to see!)

Anyone?  Any suggestions?  Currently I'm dead in the water.

Unrelated- it seems in the new version of the software I can't use Active Copy on local drives??  Before I kept the Pogoplug drivers as automatic backups of locally attached drives because the direct-to-iMac connection was faster for video/photo content.  Now that's apparently not an option?  You can only pick Pogoplug drives as the source?  Ug!

Thanks to any and all!

Quick addition- When logging in remotely it says the software is unavailable, shows the Pogoplug as offline. No drives available. ??

Thanks!

OK- reinstalled the software but still no drives that are connected to the Pogoplug. It's MAC Address is seen in my router logs yet it flashes rapid amber lights now indicating it's not "reaching out" as it's supposed to.

Seems to be-- RESOLVED! I re-installed the software and let it sit for about 8 hours with no drives attached and now it seems to be working.
