1. I am also having a problem with the active copy/backup. In my case, from my desktop application on my PC, I go to the active tab where it takes me to mypogoplug and brings me to the active copy /backup tab which says I have no folders configured for active copy.
2. When I attempt to configure the active copy for my PC, clicking "new active copy" will return with the usb external drives attached to the Pogoplug device and not my PC which I am using. So I am not able to complete the process.
3. I have performed diagnostics on my computer's hard drives and there are no errors. So I am wondering if the desktop software has been corrupted and if I should reinstall?
