If I ran into this old link, I might surmise that others have/will also.

What is the procedure to get the link I found updated to the one you presented in your response?

I thought there might be some chemistry happening if I reported it. I have not seen any links to a webMaster that would normally deal with these sorts of things.

What say you in getting this fixed or removed?
