Hi tkwii,
We are aware of some people having problems logging into their accounts and are avidly working to resolve the issue as soon as possible. I will repost when the issue is resolved.

Have plug with several users logged in. I am having to log them back in over and over. Some may reboot and it will not re-login. Others reboot and it does log them back in. All users are windows xp at same level..sp3 etc etc with all updates. Plug software is newer version on all machines. Some just lose connection to plug.
Any ideas, tip or tricks to keep them logged in or an easy way to re-log them in?
Nicky,
What was done to make it work now? Not that I need to know but I have my own personal plug and the plug I was talking about giving me a problem was in a clients office.
Anything I need to do to get it working also.
@tkwiii,
There was an error in our central database that did not allow an indiscriminate set of Pogoplugs and accounts to be accessed. All affected Pogoplugs should no longer be encountering this problem, and you should not need to do anything special to get things working. If you are still experiencing problems accessing your (or your client's) Pogoplug, those problems are likely unrelated to the above problems; in this case, you should submit a ticket at support.pogoplug.com, so that our support team can help solve your issue.

Nick: I'm having a similar issue.
How can i set up my wife's windows computer so that Pogoplug drive on our network always is logged in and available for her as the P: drive? It keeps logging out and i have to be around to relogin for her. I'd like to have P: drive always available to her at bootup.
Thanks. David
