Does this xlsx file have a byte size greater than 0 in the webUI?

- If it shows as zero, the file is either corrupt or the file-indexing has become corrupt some how.

- If it does show bytes greater than zero, then you should be able to access the file from the webUI and the desktop software. Running the desktop software should give you a "P:\" drive. Do you not have that on your system?
