Looking for some help. I've had the same problem with a Windows machine, and now with a new Mac Mini. It may be me, so please let me know if there is something I can do to rectify this situation:

-My home computer has multiple user accounts. It seems that Pogoplug only loads on the first account that logs on. Pogoplug isn't available to any other accounts on the same computer if I "switch" accounts. The first account must fully log off before Pogoplug is available to any other accounts. Essentially, only one account can be logged on at a time and have pogoplug access. Is there any way to have multiple user accounts available to Pogoplug on the same computer at the same time? I am able to access Pogoplug simultaneously with my laptop and home computer using different log-ons, but not with multiple accounts from the same computer.

Thanks for any help.

@mustangame2

Pogoplug software is running as intended, using the original my.pogoplug.com email used to initially activate the software. I apologize that isn't made clear to you.

Kindest Regards,

Thanks for the quick reply...one more question:

If I partition the drive, will that allow multiple users to switch without logging off first?

Thanks.

@mustangame2

This is OS related, not partition related. Basically, the software install is limited to one user with administrator privileges per Operating System install.
