One thing to try is running a disk check program to attempt to resolve any corruption or issues on the drive. It may work correctly and still have issues.
The Pogoplug does try to circumvent drive issues, but depending on what it is, it may not be able to--this explains why your PC/Mac might be able to read the drive, but the Pogoplug cannot.
If that doesn't work, you should contact Pogoplug official support so they can help you out.

I have had my PogoPlug for a few months now, and at first it worked fine. Just recently my hard drive has disappeared from my attached drives list once I login to mypogoplug.com. I tried unplugging it, powering it off, and then plugging it back it. Yet nothing happens. I also tried plugging the hard drive into my computer to make sure it was still a working hard drive, and it is. The green light is on, on the PogoPlug, so I am unaware of how to solve this dilemma? Anybody have any suggestions?
