Hello everyone..I'm about to throw this goflex net through the window...
I have tried everything to get a green light but nothing works.
I have had the device replaced and still only get a solid amber light.
My router is a billion 7404vgp. I have followed the troubleshooting tips to the letter. I contacted seagate support and spent the best part of an hour on the phone with seagate support and still cannot get this goflex net to communicate with the pogoplug service.
If I ping the pogoplug service from a desktop pc I get the following result
Pinging cg3-2.pogoplug.com [38.126.11.28] with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 38.126.11.28: bytes=32 time=293ms TTL=43

I can see in the billion 7404vgp config page that the goflex has been assigned an ip so it is talking to the router. It just can't seem to communicate any further.
does anybody have any suggestions how I can get this thing working...
Cheers
