This sounds like a support issue--contact support@pogoplug.com and they should be able to diagnose what is going on.
Gave my pogoplug to a friend. I unregistered my account and she opened/created her own. She sent me a few links to test open some folders. Kept getting this message: "This folder is shared from a Pogoplug enabled device that is not available."
More information:
1) I know that the PP started transcoding a ton of files. She stopped it bc it would have taken her about 7 years to completely transcode everything
2) She's running Windows. I'm on a Mac. This shouldn't make any difference as I was running the PP off Windows and Mac at home.
3) I had no issues sending links from the PP.
Can anyone help?
