I've submitted several requests for support emails to support@pogoplug.com and always have received quick answers. I'm looking at my latest incident, I sent my request on Sunday at 21:09 and received my first (non-automated) answer at 22:57. That's pretty good for a weekend.
When I create my request for support email, I try to provide all the information that they want:
1) The email address you used to activate Pogoplug.
2) Are you experiencing the issue with the Web Application? Which browser are you using? Which Operating System?
3) Are you experiencing the issue with Pogoplug software? Which Pogoplug software version are you using? Which Operating System?
4) Please provide any other relevant information about your issue, including error messages.

Service Version:
Device
I then try to explain my issue as accurately and sussinctly as I can, and provide any screenshots that might prove helpful. I do a quick spell check and send the email. Works every time!
