I have sent at least two Emails to support reguarding my Video PogoPlug. (It's 'forgtting' my HD every so often - not good for 'cloud' services.  Will see it again if I unplug/ replug HD back in for a couple of days, then forgets again.)

Will someone in Support please reply to my Emails?

I've submitted several requests for support emails to support@pogoplug.com and always have received quick answers. I'm looking at my latest incident, I sent my request on Sunday at 21:09 and received my first (non-automated) answer at 22:57. That's pretty good for a weekend.

When I create my request for support email, I try to provide all the information that they want:


1) The email address you used to activate Pogoplug.

2) Are you experiencing the issue with the Web Application? Which browser are you   using? Which Operating System?

3) Are you experiencing the issue with Pogoplug software? Which Pogoplug software version are you using? Which Operating System?

4) Please provide any other relevant information about your issue, including error messages.


I also provide the following information:

UI Version:
Service Version:
Device

I then try to explain my issue as accurately and sussinctly as I can, and provide any screenshots that might prove helpful. I do a quick spell check and send the email. Works every time!

They were responsive at first with the it's you not us here let us help you fix your computer. But after pretty much spending 20 hours on the PPV and pointing a number of bugs in the PPV they have stopped responding.

The PC SW loses the PPV every day or so on my system and I have to do reload drives or stop the SW and restart to see the PPV from the desktop.
