Good day,

I have attached an external hard drive to the pogoplug device but it isn't picking it up. I have also tried adding a usb stick to see if it would pick that up but no go.

What do I need to in order to see this drive over the internet?

Hi Silversmith,
can you tell us what you did? I cannot see any drive (3.5 with power supply, 2.5, USB-Stick) that I plug into the Pogoplug. I am using it at home from a MAc and at work from a PC. Can you help?
Thanks

Does anyone have any suggestions on this subject?? PogoPlug is not exactly a cheap device, but sofar all that really works is the green light. Can't seem to get my external HD's working... and plugging in a USB stick doesn't seem to make any difference either.

Having problem locating drive. After purchasing and successfully using a PogoPlug for my home, I purchased a Business class PogoPlug for our school. It arrived this week and worked great for the first 24-48 hours. Now it will not recognize any drives. I have followed suggested fixes, eject from PogoPlug, discover under windows 7 fix errors, delete .cedata, safely remove, powercycle PogoPlug, connect drive. No success, unit still unable to discover drive.

Please send solution.

Thank you,

Bryan IT
