can you upload files from devices (iphone, ipad, other pcs) to the shared drives!  If so, are there help files, links, youtubes that show me how...

I was told you can at the store, but I am thinking now it is just the opposite..that you can only send friles from the shared files to the others...

You sure can. You can use either the my.pogoplug.com interface and the "Upload" button to choose files from your local machine, or on the iPhone you can upload pics and videos taken on the phone. It's pretty simple to do, but you can check out Pogoplug's YouTube page for a variety of video tutorials:

Just a heads up, at least in my hands photo uploading with the iOS app only works while you have location services turned on. If you've disabled location services under the iOS Settings then you'll just get a "Preparing..." message and the file will never upload. The same happens if during the first time that you try to upload a file you decline location services for the Pogoplug app.

In any case, the app shouldn't fail without warning when the location services are turned off.

I din't see anything that states to upload. I never get an option to do that.

Can you upload multiple photos from the camera roll or do you have to upload them one at a time?
