Here's my situation:

Purchased a pogoplug pro two weeks ago, and I've had it up and running for about 6 days now. Up until today, all of my videos (either taken with my Canon Powershot S1 or my Apple iPod Touch, or transcoded with Handbrake into iPod Touch format) have streamed beautifully on my Touch. Today, though, the quality of the movies is VERY pixelated and blurry. I also noticed the menu selections changed. It used to say "Watch Original" but now it just says "Watch". 

I have my settings set to NEVER transcode the media, but it seems as though it did, dropping the quality of these videos. 

I also sometimes (randomly, it seems) get the message about needing to upgrade my account to the premium account in order to stream movies. But I do not get that message on every movie (probably about 30%). 

Any ideas on what the problem(s) are?
