I am also having this problem, where I can backup FROM my pogo to my computer, but not the other way around. This is a useless feature and I am disappointed about this change.
I had Active Copy set up to copy from a local network drive to a folder on my Pogoplug drive. After the software update, I noticed that the Active Copy was no longer set up. When I attempt to set it up again I am only given the option of using my Pogoplug drive as the source (backwards from what I want).
Am I missing something? Why the change?
Did you turn on remote access on the PC and select which drives/folders are enabled?
Yes I have remote access turned on and am able to see my folders, but if I choose "Active Copy" my only option of folders as a "source folder" is my pogoplug and "destination" as my computer. I do not want to back up my external drive on my pogoplug to my computer, but want to back up my computer to my external on pogo.

I did and I am still having problems. It gave an error installing it, which I tried to do twice. Is it possible to just get the original software for the pink pogoplug. It worked just fine. Thanks.
I found it & will be backing that up. I liked it better the way it was. Thanks for a great product.
