On the Web Access tool I show all of my computers offline. I know they are all on and running good and the software looks in order. Has anybody else had this problem?

This will happen if:

1) The are no folders in the "Remote-Access" tab in the PreferencePane
2) Remote-Access is set to "OFF".

The only limit to the Pogoplug is your imagination... and C skills... and linux skills. ^_^ h\t\tp://download.pogoplug.com/opensource/pogoplug-gcc.tar.bz2

Remote access is ON and sharing c:\...\My Docs. Still, I can't see the content of those drives in web access or directly through Windows Explorer. My drives had been setup "correctly" about a month ago, showing with their rightful name and content. Now they show as offline bearing the name of my computer ?!?!
Any insight would be much appreciated.

Hi Josee,

If you haven't already, please login to my.pogoplug.com and 'Submit a support request' using 'Help Center'

They will likely ask you for your network details.

Kind Regards,
Christopher
