As the subject says, I can see two of my USB drives from windows, but my.pogoplug.com can't.

At what point will this product achieve some level of stability?

I just posted the same question under the my.pogoplug website discussion group. I am not using the pro but a dockstar. The site cannot see my USB drive but my LAN can. I have checked the email me when comments are added to this thread. You may want to do the same on my question. That way we are covered if someone has the answer.

I believe it has to do when the drive spins down and the Cloudengines web connector may time out (it probably does some polling). Their Lan connector probably does not poll. The Dockstar uses Samba so when you access it, it spins up if that is what you are using.

I'm using both an original pink Pogoplug and Dockstar. I may have posted in the wrong forum, sorry.

I rebooted the Dockstar and it returned to my.pogoplug.com. Of course it didn't return with the WFS settings I had set. I had to re-enable sharing. Really????? This is acceptable?

I still can't see the Pogoplug I guess I'll need to reboot it as well.
