If you have had repeats of this error, it might be best to submit them to support@pogoplug.com. Probably need to do a screen print and identify the steps that cause the error.

i WAS TRYING TO ACCESS THE DESKTOP OF ONE OF MY COMPUTERS SET UP IN THE REMOTE ACCESS TAB ON THE DESKTOP INTERFACE OF POGOPLUG . THIS WAS THE ERROR MESSAGE:
"Error
An unhandled RPC exception occurred on method getFile: 607 [UNSPECIFIED HBERRCODE!]"
