Please make a support ticket at support.pogoplug.com
Put the following info in that ticket:
- Everything you can say about your router. Brand, firmware version, encryption-mode, DHCP enabled.
- Your Pogoplug's DeviceID and/or the email you use to login.
- About how far away your Pogoplug is from the router.
- How many other wireless points do you see the area? Like can you see 3 or 4 of your neighbors' routers.
