I installed pogoplug on my linux box running the latest ubuntu build. How do i get myself a popoplug account? i donot see a register link at the site. do i have to purchase the premium package. Is there a trial version before buying the product?

Any pointers would be appeciated :)

Thanks for contacting Pogoplug.

You'll need a Pogoplug device and attached drive or a Mac (OS X 10.6 Snow Leopard only) or Windows XP/Vista/7 desktop with the version 3 software attached to create an account.

The Linux Pogoplug installation only mounts existing Pogoplug attached drives, it does not make your PC a Pogoplug server as the version 3 software does in Mac or Windows.
