I just setup Pogoplug with a hard drive at our business where we share files on 2 mac's and 2 pc's.  When I'm on pogoplug on my mac, I see the Hard drive listed and my macbook pro , but on the other 3 computers, I only see the computer listed, not the hard drive; why is this?  My goal was to put all of the files on the hard drive and then use it as a common storage device for daily use in the office, but also have access to them from any computer and via the web.

How do I get the hard drive to appear as a normal drive like on my mac where I can drag and drop files?

@tik

This sounds like there is an issue with your software installations and not your Pogoplug device.

Were you prompted to login to your Pogoplug accounts on your other Mac or your two PC's?

Do you receive any kind of error messages on your 3 problem computers?

Did you install version 3 of the software on both of your Mac's?

What are the Operating Systems on which you installed your software?

These are some of questions that Support would ask you.

If you haven't already, please login to my.pogoplug.com, navigate to 'Help Center' and 'Submit a support ticket'

Kind Regards,

Christopher
