Tried to activate the Pogoplug. The system does not recognize it.

The amber light blinks continually while the green light is solid....if this piece of @$#T does not work soon, I'm going to have to return it.

The support tickets are like molases, their answers are written in code and they keep asking you questions. Why can't they write a manual for this contraption.

You are probably not getting a connection to the internet, if you are unable to even activate your pogoplug. Issue most likely lies with your router or your internet service provider.

I have been a Pogoplug user for almost a year and my popoplug is fluctuating between solid amber and flashing green. I have double checked all my settings and nothing has changed since yesterday when it was working.

I even connect the Pogoplug directly to my modem (cutting out the router) and it still would not connect. I think there is something wrong with the Pogoplug servers.
