I have canvassed the entire Pogoplug web site including the Pogoplug online store where I bought my Pogoplug Pro and can find no place that provides an avenue for returning a defective device. I have tried repeatedly to use Pogoplug Pro in conjunction with an external drive to create an effective cloud storage setup but to no avail. Have no fear, upon return of the Pogoplug Pro I plan to purchase one of your Cloudstor devices (released shortly after I purchased my PPP) to accomplish this same goal, but I hope more seamlessly and effectively.
Thanks in advance for helping me return/exchange my Pogoplug Pro for the Cloudstor.

Create a ticket at support.pogoplug.com if you bought the Pogoplug from us.
They will explain the refund-policy.

Thanks,

The only limit to the Pogoplug is your imagination... and C skills... and linux skills. ^_^ h\t\tp://download.pogoplug.com/opensource/pogoplug-gcc.tar.bz2

There's a link on the bottom of every page on the PogoPlug web site labeled Warranty and Returns.

I saw that link at the bottom of the page, but when you click on the link that says "Warranty and Returns" it only brings up a page that has legaleze about parts and labor but no return information such as how to get an RMA, a phone number for customer service, the online store information, etc. Yes, I did purchase the Pogoplug from this site and I have created a ticket with the support department and they are trying to troubleshoot my drive or arrange for an exchange. My preference at this point is to exchange it for a Cloudstor. I have a very friendly guy named Gali from support helping me now.

Thanks for taking time to reply.
