If you haven't already, please login to my.pogoplug.com, and 'Submit a support ticket' using the 'Help Center' tab. This captures valuable diagnostics to help Support get a jump start on your issue.

When editing a drive name via the web, the name reverts back to what Pogoplug originally named it. No matter how many times I try.
Is there any reason/solution for this?
