Using desktop for a few months.  Just installed new software 3.0.1.0 (3.0.1.17). Error message can not connect to network. (Network is fine). Pogoplue preferences shows no user.  Information sent to tec support 9 days ago, but nothing.

Access from the internet NO problem.

Upgraded to Pogoplug premium and same problem and nothing. 

Worked great before new software.   Same problem with my laptop.

Using Any help from the Pogoplug community?

Windows 7 Pro

Installed PPsetup3.0.1.exe  uninstalled old, reboot, installed new reboot. No login page.

there is an error message in hpplug.log  can't read from client socket -10

I like the product, just need some help. 9 days and nothing.

Powered off cable modem & router and Replaced my router & the desktop software
worked. Rebooted a couple of times and no problem.
So powered off cable modem & router and replaced router with original router
no problem works fine.
