I bought a Pogo last week and tried to set it up today. However, I
could not get the light on the front on. I'm sure the power cable is
plugged in, I can see RJ45 port light is on after plug Rj45 cable in. but
I can not see the power light on front is on. Therefore, I can not
activite this device. Please advise, or at least provide a ph # to call.

Bad product, bad experience, bad mouth of word to spread around.
