It's possible that you might need to repair permissions on your drive--try running Disk Utility on the drive(s) you are using. Also, make sure the custom permission settings is allowing read/write to your admin user. If that doesn't work, I would contact Pogoplug support.
Mackbook Pro OSX Snow Leopard.
When I attempt to drag & drop files or folders on the web access site I am unable. It asked for my password and I type in my adm password, but states that I don't permission. The "Get Info" shows Gernaric File MacFuse and Permissions shows Custom Permission. What do I need to do to fix this problem of not allowing me to upload filer or folders using my admin password?
