When you add email addresses to the General Settings tab, these are not really separate users. Instead, they are simply email addresses, any one of which you can use to log into your account. Once you are in, you are a single user and operation is the same as if you logged in under any of the other email addresses associated with the account under General Settings. You will have full access to all files on all drives on your device, as well as control over all Settings.

If you add an email from the Users tab, you are adding Sub-Users, and these are not administrative users. These users only have access to the files and folders you add when you set them up, and they do not have control over the settings for this sub-device.

This particular workflow is the same as it was previously. Is there something specific about the new interface that is not working well for you?

I have been using Pogoplug and after a small learning curve everything seemed to do what I wanted it to do. Now the interface is changed and I cannot find the place to set read only and other rights which is easily done before. I cannot find the user settings at all which was there before. Can someone explain the situation or fix it so that the site is usable again.
