I concur with the sprinkling of forum threads that suggest that Pogoplug devices and software for PCs/Macs contain a feature that would enable folders (albums) of photos and/or videos to be described/captioned/keyworded.  Simply making a photo or video available for sharing is often not enough as one may need to explain what is being seen.

If that is too much for Pogoplug devices then perhaps it could be a feature of Pogoplug for Windows/Macs??

While I do not have need for allowing folks to comment on my photos/videos, I can see that others might so that would be a nice optional feature.

I would think that the following would be nice fields of information:

• Folder/Album Name (could use pretty much as-is)
• Photo/Video "Short" Name (each photo/video)
• Photo/Video "Long" description (each photo/video)
• Comment field at the folder/album level and for each photo/video.  I would suggest that this feature be made optional so it could be turned on/off by the Pogoplug admin at the folder/album level.
• Pogoplug search features should be adjusted to permit searching in any or all of these fields.
