I have the premium version of the software installed on a windows 7 64 bit machine. The Shares show in web access, but folder content shows "this drive is not available"??  This issue also apperently pervents me from "sharing" these folders as well.

When I access the same shared folders from the iphone they are seen fine and the movies stream no problem. Any insight into whats going on here?

Also I have added a shared folder from accross the network I would like to stream movies from as well. This does not seem to work...maybe if I map the drive? Do I need a second premium licence to stream video from that PC, through the premium licensed PC?

Appears as if this is somehow related to Internet exploder. Ive tried both IE8 and IE9 and the same drive not available message. Firefox however does not display the message and the drives are accessable. Not the network shared folders however. I havent seen a response yet but im assuming thats a licensing thing.

I am having the same problem and would love to see the solution for this. I get this result with both IE 8.0.7600 and with Firefox 5.0. Has there been an update since April 20?

I also have the same issue. I have been working seamlessly for months and now that I loaded the new version of the Android connector I cannot display any of my folders on any OS. I have two of the Seagate remote units running: one at home and one in the office with two drives in each one. I cannot get to any of the four drives anymore. What's up POGOPLUG??? This is a great product, help us fix it.

I'm seeing this as well, I can't share my hard drives at all from Win 7, but my pogo device works fine!

I'm getting this too, non of my folders share on the web or on the local network, even though my pogoplug device shares just fine.

Had the same problem. Uninstalling then re-installing worked - don't know why.

I got mine to work after a response from support. Try disabling any firewall software you have running, if it works when it's disabled try the below (mine wasn't alerting me that it was shutting down ports...).

add the following as exceptions to any firewall or
anti-virus software:
- ppfs.exe
- ppsync.exe
- dokanmnt.exe

The Pogoplug software uses the following urls and ports:
service.pogoplug.com port 80 inbound and outbound
service.pogoplug.com port 443 inbound and outbound
pm1.pogoplug.com UDP port 4365 inbound and outbound
Port 3333 for UDP traffic
