I just received my Pogoplug Video firmware update to 3.0. I have set the media settings to "always optimize my video for remote playback"; but when playing back video through the Android app I always receive the error "This video is not optimized for mobile use". Playback is jumpy with audio not in sync with video and it stops for a second and then starts quite frequently. I am running 3.2.1u09 on Gingerbread.

The videos must be in the correct format. Mp4, m4v or H.265. Anything other than this will result in failed playback.

The video plays back, it just shows a message at the top of the screen saying "The Video is not optimized for mobile use". I thought xvid was supported by the pogoplug video. Shouldn't it be transcoding automatically into a optimized format?

If it plays it sounds optimized to me. I have the same thing but just dont worry about it because i transcoded the files myself.

And if I click on optimize now on my Droid it tells me it is optimizing but nothing seems to change.
