Hi, Even after connecting pogoplug, I get a message "You Pogo plug drive is not attached" - How do I over come this problem? All connections are right. The desktop software (mac) has no options to upload files. Or may be there is no good documentation to understand how to use it??
We would need more details about what you're seeing.
What kind of Pogoplug?
Firmware version?
DriveApp version?(If you're using that).
What kind of harddrive, formatted as NTFS? FAT32? HFS?
