I regularly use two Pogoplugs. One at work, one at home, both using different email addresses/accounts.

With the old Pogoplug Desktop software I used to be able to quickly switch between the accounts, signing in and out at will. Now every time I sign out of one account and try and sign in with my other account, I have to go through the setup wizard each time. Also, it automatically turns on the drive sharing on that computer. Something I don't want.

Please fix Pogoplug team!

I also tried the Windows client and it does pretty much the same thing. Earlier I installed the new software and logged in with my existing credentials. Everything was AOK. I went to open the control panel to check a setting just now and it pulled up the setup wizard again. Kind of annoying

I think this is happening because I "unregistered" the computer-hosted Pogoplug from mypogoplug.com (I don't want every machine I use the Pogoplug client on showing up there). We shouldn't have to leave the machine registered and showing up on mypogoplug.com if we just want to use the software to connect to an existing Pogoplug.

If this doesn't make sense feel free to ask and I'll clarify.

did you try to install the old 2.5.5 client side-by-side with the new one? I think this should work only you might have to do this every time you upgrade as I believe the new software uninstalls the 2.5.5

I did not, no. When I installed the new software the old version went away. I'm hoping they fix this soon, it's a huge pain to change accounts now.
