Sorry for some Newbie Questions (perhaps there is already an answer but I didn't find it)
1. I have 3 drives on my Pogoplug. I only want to see #1 and #3 with the connection Software and my girlfriend only want to use #2. We don't want to see or connect the other drives because of privacy. How is this usecases solved?
2. I've shared an empty folder with a friend. But it seems that he can only see the folder and probably download some content. Why isn't he able to upload something via pogoplug?

1. This is the way the Pogoplug works and is unlikely to change in the near future. If privacy is an issue, you'll need 2 Pogoplugs with each having their own USBdrives attached and separate email accounts.
2. When sharing a folder, you must enable "Full Control" in the webUI to allow writing to it. And the person you shared to must login.
The only limit to the Pogoplug is your imagination... and C skills... and linux skills. ^_^ h\t\tp://download.pogoplug.com/opensource/pogoplug-gcc.tar.bz2
