Hey Everyone,

I hope I am not wasting your time with these questions but here we go.  I am part of the Beta for desktop software and am running into some road blocks.  My drives are mounted and showing up fine, meaning I open up "My Computer" and see my Pogoplug hard drive right in front of me.  When I open the drive all I see is the "Files Shared with me" file.  When I attempt a drag and drop I am told I need administrator rights.  Why am I having this problem?  I can only seem to add files manually via the web utility.

Second I am wondering if anyone has found a good source codec for streaming movies?  I have a library of .MP4 but these do not want to play.  I really do not want to recode my library so if anyone has any suggestions I am all ears.
