Dear Folks,

I am new to Pogoplug, so these may be a stupid questions:

1. I setup Pogoplug yesterday afternoon as instructed and downloaded the Pogoplug software and setup Active Sync for two of my folders (My Documents 20Gb and My Pictures 78Gb). This copied over night and was completed today.
2.  I can see the files by going via webaccess my.pogoplug.com.
3. My problem is that I can’t restart the Active Sync program to configure other files. I go to Start>Programs>Pogoplug>Pogoplug.exe and nothing happens. In task manager ppfs.exe and ppsync.exe is running.
4. Also I have saved a new Word file to my local drive in My Documents…but it has not copied to Pogoplug.
5. I also can not access my files on the Pogoplug via Windows My Computer. The drive letter is P:\. I can see two directories “Files shared with me” and “HITACHI” but I am unable to access these.
6. Are the issues I am experiencing normal?
